We guide your leaders and teams to explore their own biases in a safe way. Then we work with them to expand their skills to engage in and grapple with these complex topics so they can have meaningful dialogue with their teams.
Relying on programs that develop underrepresented groups	Programs are not enough—we get to the core of the system to make lasting impact. We need to change the system from the inside out so that JEDI can thrive. We examine how your organization’s design (from your structures, to your practices, to your metrics) support your JEDI goals.

Development efforts focus on leader as team leader	We develop your leaders across multiple dimensions leaders as self, team leader, peer, follower, and leader for ad-hoc groups.
Training is centered around technical aspects of leadership	True leadership requires the ability to solve both technical and adaptive problems. Technical problems can be solved applying existing know-how. Adaptive problems require deeper exploration and changes in values, beliefs, relationships, and approaches to work. We equip your leaders to do both.
Coaching and development is either entirely focused on the individual or forcing people to fit a mold of what a “true leader looks like”	Your leaders can’t be excellent at everything. They will have spikes of excellence at some competency areas, and focusing on these (rather than deficiencies) will lead to greater results.
